Nederman SAVE optimises industrial filtration systems using operational information from machines and processes to reduce energy consumption, fire and explosion risk, and maintenance time. SAVE Sensors installed on machines or processes detect the extraction needs and send the information locally to SAVE Modules. SAVE Modules transmit the collected data wirelessly to the central SAVE Controller, which comprehensively analyses the system's requirements and sends instructions to variable frequency drives as well as dampers for airflow and pressure optimisation.
