PIN Framing Underpinner
Why Choose the PIN?
How it works
- Invisible Fixings, Perfect Faces — Foot‑pedal actuation drives special nails from the underside, leaving the exposed face pristine.
- 12‑Position Beading Magazine — Base station stores up to a dozen perimeter bead sets so an entire cassette kit stays organised and within reach.
- Stability for Long Profiles — Adjustable extension tables steady oversized beads and stop twist during pinning.
- Fast, Repeatable Joint Location — Two sliding stops and a 90° fence guide each mitre to the exact nail positions you set—tighten a thumbscrew and go.
How it works
- Load Beads — Place each pre‑mitred perimeter bead set into one of the twelve magazine racks.
- Set Nail Positions — Slide the two adjustable stops to the desired spacing; lock with thumbscrews.
- Align & Clamp — Hold bead against the 90° fence and first stop.
- Foot‑Pedal Pinning — Depress pedal; underpinner drives nail(s) from underside through both mitred halves.
- Index & Finish — Slide to second stop, fire final nail, repeat for remaining corners.
