MDF &OSB
MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into fine wood fibers, which are then combined with wax and a resin binder (typically urea-formaldehyde) and formed into panels under high temperature and pressure.
OSB is an engineered structural wood panel made from rectangular wood strands (flakes) arranged in cross-oriented layers and bonded with moisture-resistant adhesives under high heat and pressure.
