With over 20 years’ experience in the joinery and fenestration sectors, Andy Ball brings a unique blend of strategic insight, technical knowledge, and industry advocacy.

As co-founder of The Joinery Network, Andy has supported SME timber manufacturers through a fully certified system that covers everything from compliance to marketing. He was instrumental in launching the Lignum™ timber window and door system – a PAS 24 certified, Part L ready solution designed to help smaller firms compete on a national level.

With a background spanning Balls2 Marketing, Synseal, Epwin and Edgetech, Andy’s commercial leadership has shaped product development and communication across the construction sector. A vocal advocate for low-carbon, UK-made timber products, he is committed to advancing sustainable design and smarter manufacturing. Andy’s advisory role will support the expo’s mission to inspire, connect, and future-proof the UK’s woodworking sector by showcasing innovation, craft, and commercial opportunity.
